Ted Fitzgerald speaks with the Worcester Chamber of Commerce’s Voice of Business radio show

Ted Fitzgerald, senior vice president of business insurance at Marsh McLennan Agency, joined the Worcester Chamber of Commerce’s Voice of Business weekly radio broadcast to discuss how cyber insurance is no longer a bonus but a must-have insurance coverage for businesses in today’s digital, post-pandemic world.

In the conversation, Ted gives listeners a brief history of cyber coverage and what some of the costliest attacks are that we can protect our businesses and employees from.

“Cyber security has been growing with our evolving digital world, but since the pandemic, this coverage has gone from a bonus policy to mandatory insurance,” said Ted. “The pandemic changed the landscape for cyber security; everyone’s exposure skyrocketed when we went remote.”
