Unconscious bias is the ingrained habits of thought that, when left unchecked, may lead to errors in how we perceive, remember, reason and make decisions--especially about other people. The primary goal of this webinar is awareness: helping uncover the unconscious biases that you have, then helping to begin to change your automatic responses to those biases.
