The holiday season is a busy time of year for HR managers because of the uptick in employee recognition initiatives. However, employee recognition programs can often fall flat without a strategic plan tailored to your unique workplace.
Amy Letke, national HR consulting leader at Marsh McLennan Agency, shared with SHRM her insights on trends in compensation and benefits this holiday season. She talks about what companies are doing, what has been working, and what hasn't worked.
