Concerns around workplace burnout have been high since the onset of the COVID-19 pandemic. However, there has yet to be a one-size-fits-all solution as employers are looking for new ways to support employee needs.
Marsh McLennan Agency well-being and DE&I practice leader Susan Bailey recently spoke with Corp! Magazine about how employee burnout affects performance. She also gives recommendations for benefits employers might offer to help solve this problem.
