The generation of workers known as “Boomers”—those born between 1946 and 1964—are managing an intensely demanding balancing act of caring for their aging parents as well as their own children.
Marsh McLennan Agency’s President of Employee Health & Benefits Kate Moher contributed an article to Fast Company detailing the stressors this group of employees is facing and how employers can help support them, in turn bolstering morale and productivity.
