Marsh McLennan Agency COO named one of Insurance Business America’s Elite Women in 2020

Each year Insurance Business America spotlights female leaders whose collective influence continues to mold a brighter future for the insurance industry. Christina Mott, Marsh & McLennan Agency Chief Operating Officer, is recognized as one of the Elite Women award recipients in 2020.

Since joining MMA in 2017, Christina Mott has been dedicated to bringing colleagues and regions together through critical initiatives in technology and innovation. In her Elite Women profile, IBA highlights her passion for helping colleagues serve clients better through data analytics, technology tools, and operational best practices. In less than three years, Christina has helped to launch MMA’s client and colleague portals, build a national collaborative MarComm team, introduce digital tools to our sales teams, and lead the effort in aggregating client data from across the country.
