Lauren Randall speaks on NewYorkBIO’s Virtual Breakfast Series

Lauren Randall, benefits consultant at Marsh McLennan Agency, recently joined NewYorkBIO’s Virtual Breakfast Series to discuss why flexibility and intentionality are crucial to an organization’s growth trajectory.

Lauren spoke about what ignited her passion for diving into the intricacies of insurance, how flexibility can help organizations keep up with the evolving needs of their workforce, and the importance of benchmarking to be competitive with new hires.

“It’s important to have a pulse to check in [on your benefits program] because I get it: insurance is not the number one thing that keeps us up at night,” Lauren says. “But many times, as you go through that growth trajectory, […] you’ve outgrown your policies. And you don’t want to find out the hard way that you’ve outgrown those policies.”
