Nachi Shea discusses employment practice liability on the Worcester Chamber of Commerce’s Voice of Business radio show

Nachi Shea, vice president of business insurance at Marsh McLennan Agency, recently joined the Worcester Chamber of Commerce weekly radio broadcast, the Voice of Business to discuss employment practice liability (EPL) coverage.

“Forty percent of claims are usually against smaller companies with fewer than 100 employees. Many times, these companies haven't done anything wrong,” says Nachi. “Protecting yourself and defending the company is extremely costly, the EPL coverage is there to offset that cost.”
