To submit a condominium certificate request, please email us. Unless otherwise noted, we will send the certificate to the email address that made the initial request. If there are special delivery instructions or if you have any questions or comments, please provide the details in your email. After you send the information, please allow 24 hours for a response. Clients can also fax requests to 937-228-9108
