Today’s workforce is made up of four different generations: Gen X, Gen Z, millennials and boomers. Employers of all sizes and industries are worried about keeping these four different generations happy, healthy, and productive amidst inflation and a looming recession. But how do they do that, with each generation looking for different things from their employer?
National Employee Health & Benefits Practice Leader Kate Moher spoke with Employee Benefit News about what these differing generational demands are and her recommendations for employers when tackling this issue, informed by MMA’s recent Benefits Trends report.
